Fifty women have been awarded in the 2024 edition of Inspiring Fifty, a global initiative aimed at increasing diversity in the world of technology.

Inspiring Fifty is a global initiative. Launched in 2013 by digital entrepreneurs Janneke Niessen and Joelle Frijters, with the motto "If she can see it, she can be it", it selects 50 women every year who can serve as a concrete example to younger women. The aim of the non-profit project is to contribute to gender diversity in the world of technology and innovation, celebrating women and making them more visible, so that they can be a source of inspiration for young people. The first pan-European edition dates back to 2015. In Italy there have been two editions, in 2028 and 2021 respectively.
Among the Inspiring Fifty active in Italy, the most represented region is Lombardy, followed by Lazio, Tuscany, Campania, Piedmont, Liguria.
